The Triangle (parcel of land named known as such because of the shape of the lot) site is a 20+ acre parcel of land located at the intersections of 45th Street, Guadalupe Street and Lamar Boulevard in Austin, Texas. This small collection contains materials pertaining to the development of the Triangle site during the early negotiations in 1997-1998 between the developer Cencor, the State of Texas, the City of Austin and neighborhood activists.
